Investigators believe the victim was a prostitute who had a history with Moses, police said. Her body parts were initially found on Jan. 17 around 4:40 a.m., and officials later discovered her head, hands and feet at Moses' residence in East Flatbush, according to police and court papers. The Medical Examiner is still working on determining the victim's cause and manner of death. Moses is a level-two sex offender and has eight prior arrests on charges including rape and patronizing a prostitution, according to the NYPD. He was arraigned on Sunday, ordered held without bail and is due back in court on Jan. 26, according to the Bronx District Attorney's Office.
